Your Guide to Submitting a Winning Project at the Global CIO Forum – AI Hackathon 2025

At the Global CIO Forum, we’re excited to see the innovation, ambition, and creativity you bring to the AI Hackathon 2025. A strong submission is not just about the code — it’s about presenting a compelling story of how your solution solves a real-world challenge.

Basic Project Information

Choose a clear, memorable name that reflects the essence of your project.
Summarize your idea in one impactful sentence — think of it as your project’s elevator pitch.

Give a detailed explanation of your project, covering:

  • The problem you’re solving
  • Your solution and how it works
  • Target audience or users
  • Key features and unique advantages
Pick the most relevant tech stack and category tags to help our judges and community quickly understand your project’s context and focus.

Cover Image & Presentation

Upload a compelling, high-resolution image (PNG or JPG, 16:9 aspect ratio) that visually represents your project.

Your video should include:

  • Team/individual introduction
  • Walkthrough of your presentation
  • Live or recorded demo of the project
Create a concise slide deck summarizing your project’s highlights — problem, solution, tech, market, and roadmap.

Code & Demo Access

Ensure your project’s code is available publicly with a clear README, instructions to run, and any credentials if needed.
Deploy your project to any hosting platform (Streamlit, Vercel, Replit, etc.) and share the link. It should be functional and demonstrate core features.
